In order to drive technical excellence and the development of competent subject matter experts (SMEs) we will help you design criteria that defines the behaviors expected; that is a set of observable and measurable behaviors and personal attributes, combined with the knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) that individuals and or teams need to accomplish the desired results. 
 
We will help you develop an organizational leadership profile for the professionals on your team.  We will also provide the support tools needed to help managers, supervisors, and associates identify essential training required to achieve the KSA level required by the organization.
 
We will work with your associates to teach them behavior safety techniques that reduce the risk of injury and illness.  We will partner with your supervisors and manager to ensure they learn the necessary techniques to keep employees engaged and focused on the goal.
